TGIF

Ahh, one of my favorite days of the week… :) I’ve got super plans this weekend– haha,  not! Seriously though, since I am going to play a soccer game this evening and burn 300 calories… would it be okay if I had a cheeseburger and fries? I am dying for one but I don’t want to obsess about it all day and that’s what I’ll do if I think I am going to gain weight from this burger. :|

Well, I wouldn’t a burger and fries if you’re trying to LOSE weight, but if you’re ok with going off the plan for a “spoil me” day then you could certainly recover from it… for me it would probably be a 2 day swing in the wrong direction before everything leveled out again.

A cheeseburger probably will have between 400 and 1500(!!!) calories, depending on how big and what goodies are on it… and a lot of those calories are from fat. Fries aren’t much better.

It’s a little scary, so be forewarned! ;)

    Veggie burgers are good!

I have planned my eating schedule around this burger and fries and have done some healthy meal choices and snacks. Bran cereal for breakfast, oranges and rice cakes for snacks, 1 cup of cooked broccoli and some yogurt for lunch…. I am thinking that with this in my belly, there’s room for a burger. I’m about to go and run my tail off anyway. What do ya think?? :):)

You’re 23 and active?? Go for it!

    I’m 46 and sluggish… bad idea for me. :)

Just drink lots of water and be good in the subsequent days and this’ll be no more than a blip on the radar.

    Enjoy the burger!

HAHA! You THA man! I’ve been looking for reassurance all day long about this and everyone tells me that I am too skinny anyway so I am gonna do it and just work hard to ease the guilt. I hate being this body-obsessed. :(
